Ubisoft announced this afternoon that Assassin’s Creed III will be released on October 30, 2012.

Ubisoft chief Yves Guillemot confirmed in a conference call that the sequel has been in development for three years.

“We will push the title a lot because it’s a fantastic product that the team has been working for three years,” he commented. “What we have seen is just fabulous.”
